i have a 93gt. mods are: bbk longtubes with bbk o/r x, flowmaster catback, bbk cold ait intake. with a stock 105000 miles. can i bolt this on without a tune? what would i need? how much power. i plan on building a 500 hp spuerchargerd engine, would i be able to use this?

If you plan on running 500hp there is no way you can still run the 19# injectors so no you will not be able to get by with this

C&L have different tubes you can buy that calibrate for the injectors. so, from my understanding you can you just also have to purchase the right calibration tube. my brother went to bigger injectors and he had to get the different tube. its works but, its not exact. he still got it tuned it was off a little bit but not much. the tubes should also be on the same web site. they just bolt inside on the top of it.

+1...you can always buy the calibration tube from then to calibrate the meter to any injectors you run rather than getting pre calibrated ones...the tubes like 33 bucks..but yeah 19lber will not work for that..i'd say atleast 30lb...cuz when i get my 347 done...i should be getting around 400-450hp to the crank..and be using 30lbers..so 30 or 36...maybe..

I've witnessed dyno numbers of 450 RWHP using 24 lb/hr injectors, but that was at 60 PSI fuel pressure and they were maxed out and the duty cycle was pegged. The guy switched to 30 lb/hr injectors and put down close to 500 hp with some additional tuning and no other upgrades. This was on a supercharged car, which has a higher specific fuel consumption than an NA car.
I think for 500 hp or less you don't want to go over 30 lb/hr injectors or you are going to have serious driveability issues, but that should give you an idea of what the limits are...

well you can but like ryan just said dont go more than the 30's..but that much more fuel wouldnt hurt..and like ryan said that guy switched from 24's to 30's and went from 450 to 500hp along with tune and stuff..you could use the 24s..but 30's would be better..
