Stops like a new one
I had a rotor shaking a little on the left side of my car, I rarely drive it so I let it go for about a year. Well today I decided I would do my brakes. I went to O'Rieley's to get my rotors turned and wound up buying new rotors, 73mm calipers, bearings, new rubber lines, seals and the whole shootin match for the rear too. I also power bled the intire system. Wow!!! what a difference!!! I don't know if I was so used to the old brakes or the upgrade to the 73mm calipers but it stops on a dime now and gives you change back, I should have done this a long time ago.

No, I just bought all stock stuff except for the 73mm calipers and the ceramic pads. All totaled about 400.00. I already had the Cobra master cylinder on it.
I have to say I think it's the bigger calipers that make the difference. If anyone wants to do the upgrade the calipers are from a 92 Ford Crown Vic Police car or taxi. I got mine for less than 20.00 a piece.
