Sound System Question
How can I determine what sound system I have, Mach Premium or otherwise?

If it is a Mach 460, you will have tweeters off of the inside of the rear view mirror area and a 6 disc changer as well as Mach 460 head unit.
If it is a Mach 1000, you wil also have 2 amps and a 10" sub mounted on rails in the trunk. If it is stock, you will have 4 speakers, and a cassette below the cd player

If i was you i would just take that sound system out and get a aftermarket one.....dont take me the wrong way those stock ones sound great but a aftermarket ones are better in clearity and bass....

cant go wrong with a aftermarket cd player, a good high end in the rear, put some mids in the door and add some tweeters somewhere in the front, get about a 200-400 4-channel amp and jam away unless u want subs then just add ur choice of subs and a a 2 channel amp for the subs, if your on a budget u can get a 600-1000 watt 4 channel amp and run your highs, mids and subs, also depending on the deck u get it might have enough juice to push ur highs and mids

I have a good radio, it's by "open header" Love the bass and grunge. I like the beat it gives ahhh sounds so good LOL.
Naa just open headers and my little cheap ass joke :wink
