Need help in Cancun Mexico...Nobody to dyno tune here!!!

I have a 95 mustang gt that I just bought here in Cancun Mexico. Really clean car only 45,000 original miles. Its pretty much stock except cold air fender intake and cobra wheels, lowering springs and i found a exhaust guy here to build me a catless H pipe. I have a friend moving down soon and I was thinking to have him bring me the trick flow street set (heads intake cam etc) I was also thinking of the Venom 400 control module, 30lb injectors, a shift kit, and 4:10 gears. my question is what else should i have him get and is tuning it going to be impossible with no dyno to use? This isnt my first rodeo but it will be my first time to do my own tuning. what tuner should i get i see some come pre loaded with tunes and what else would compliment these parts well? any help would be great and the sooner the better i need to get this stuff ordered so he can bring it when he comes in a couple of weeks

Yeah thats where I have been looking to purchase I just wanted to know what some other people thought about that trick flow kit and also what other good parts would compliment it for the best power. also about the tuners and how hard it is to tune? you think I should go with a simple tuner with preloaded tunes or a stand alone fuel management system and do my own tuning

I have an 89 GT. my brother has a 94GT and my friend has a 95GT. we got the trick flow kit street heat but my friend has the track heat kit. he is putting out 299 rwhp. thats with it tuned with a dyno and chip. i think he uses a sct chip. which is only about 20 more hp then us. i went carb.. so i have a sct chip that is already programmed (for 19lb injectors). i dont use it any more of course. but, i think trick flow is a good way to go. you could go carbed... which would save from having to have the computer tuned. you would just have to know about carbs.
