With blueovalindustries, you can typically get a better overall price when buying directly from their web site and not through ebay.

Those sub frame connectors do look a little weak.

I don't have ones with seat supports and I think they may be home made but they are very heavy and very thick.
Don't pay attention to the black and gray paint, I am actually in the middle of re doing the entire underneath of the car.

Good point. The connectors you asked about from blueoval are 14 gauge which is probably at least equal to many parts of the existing sub frame and the seat connecter will provide support as well.

The underneath? Sanding and many wire brushes. The underneath overall was not bad, there were a few spots worse then others but over 90% of the body underneath was still covered in good paint and the other 10% were spots of surface rust with only one single spot of concern. Since it was already in decent shape, I am doing nothing elaborate, just taking my time with primer and using several coats of rattle can gloss black (suspension) and/or rubberized undercoating (body). I've done a lot more since those pics were taken. I'll be done by spring

I like my subframe connectors the best out of any other brand I have seen so far. They are Competition Enginerring and i recomend them to everyone thinking of putting on subframes. They fall right in place and they are very good. I can link you to them if you like they only cost $130 too

I don't think welding them on the side would work. The floor pan would get in the way. As low as mine seem, they are as high up as they can be and still clear the floor pan.

Sorry i forgot to say i was going to fit the contour of the floor pan. i was thinking i could weld it too the floor and of corse take out the seats and carpet. also i am in no hurry and already have the steel but if you dont think this will work i want to hear it! and also know why you think or know it wont.

Note: that i have not been able to look at the underside of my car because it is in storage for a few more days until i get my DL back so sorry if this sounds really dumb.
