Cooling problems

I have a 93 mustang gt with a 347 stroker (r302 block) and a paxton novi 2000 putting out about 14psi. my problem is the cooling.. I have a griffin radiator with a 16" flex lite fan and an edelbrock high volume waterpump... It has a 160 temp thermostat and 50/50 water and antifreeze with water wetter added.. the car on the streets goes up to 200-210 degrees.. That canr be good with aluminum heads right ? Is this a hotter runin engine and thats the temp it should be or is there something i can do to lower the temp on it...
p.s. its been tunes so its not to rich or lean..
Thanks Ron

200-210 isn't going to hurt anything but it is warmer than I would want to run with a power adder. That water wetter isn't helping you any. Water wetter is designed to be used with straight water, not with antifreeze. Does it run hot idling, driving down the road or what? Do you have the factory plastic flap in place under the radiator support?

You need that flap or the car will run hot. That flap directs air up toward the radiator. Without it the radiator doesn't see much airflow.

is the lil piece under the lower bumper on darrle's car that's it.....another thing going to a tad hotter stat will help the rad to have a little more time to cool....what is your timing? are you also using a factory hood?
