U-Joints
Has anyone ever used the Precision Super U-Joints that summit offers?
Would they withstand a trq converter that is providing very hard launches at full throttle or will they break easily? Thanks in advance. |

I use off the shelf Advance Auto Parts u-joints. I launch at 6000 rpm and 60 foot 1.32. They hold up just fine.

Well Long as they can handle it but I dont want them where they transmission or rearend(which I doubt) would go Im wanting the U Joints as the weakest link so if something dose break its something cheap to replace. Ill also check Advanced Auto, they have the outter tie rods for my car which no one else had.
