Header Selection Lontubes

Hey, I'm an old 5.0 racer from 20 years back. Just bought a 94 cobra. Just getting ready to put on some long tube headers. Any advice on brand and best fit. Last mustang had LT BBK's and I loved them. How are the quality on the MAC"s.. Also, will the 87-93's work on my 94. Emmissions are of no concern THANKS

Thanks for the info. I was leaning toward BBK's.. JBA and KOOKS are out of my price range.

I just finished installing a set of BBK LT's and o/r X pipe. They're definitely decent, but I wouldn't say they had the best fit in the world, especially the x-pipe. I don't have any experience with hooker or jba, but I would be tempted to go that route if I had it to do over again.

Hooker, Kooks, Hedman, just as long as you don't go ball and socket route. Get a 3-bolt flange style, worth at least 10 hp over the two-bolt ball and socket.

Personally, I'd just stay with shorties.
