4 10's for the track..some people use them on the street. the most hp you can get out of the stock heads is about 330. are you talking flywheel or to the wheels....Full exhaust with long tubes, h or x, and a trick flow top end kit would get you close. you would have to start breaking down the inside after that.

+1 ..........I am trying to decide whether to do the trick flow kit or just go ahead and do the bottom end now too and have a stoker built. Any ideas?

i'd say do the stroker first. after all the work your going to have to get done at a shop is going to end up around the same price as the trick flow so....

I would use the 185's on a 347 if you are building a motor that has over 10.5:1 compression. Anderson Ford MotorSport has a the best cold air intake.

Then its gonna be alittle less hp. Autos suck up more hp than manuals.. I say any Mustang with under 600hp should have a manual trans. after that then manual or auto...Thats just me though..

im just going to have the 302, im not going to go the 347 yet. i think that these parts should start to help me achieve my 300-350whp goal.
trickflow twisted wedge kit, new heads 165-185,not sure what brand, full exhaust maybe the flowmaster 40 series, trickflow grind cam, 3.73's(i know these don;'t help with hp) trickflow track heat manifold.

what else do you guys think i should do?

+1 if you only want 300-350hp than just get the tfs top end kit..for $2400 you can go from 225hp to about 325hp or so...

and you need supporting mods too, like CAI, TB, AFPR, Inj. , Fuel Pump, Full Exhuast and gears will help, not give power but make it more leathal around town..4:10's FTW they make around town driving rlly fun..changing my 3:73's to 4:10's
