How much HP am i making?
I've got a 1988 mustang gt 5.0. I'd like to know how much flywheel hp it's making. It's got a few goodies from the previous owner. It has a posi rear end and 3.73's, but those obviously don't affect hp. Under the hood, it has a K&N intake, hypertech chip, headers, full exhaust system, and MSD distributor. The owner put the headers and exhaust system on, so I don't know exactly what they are, but the car is loud (sounds awesome so it was obviously upgraded, as the owner did tell me.

all your gonna get from us is either an unknown estimate...and a bunch of it depends ...sorry man its just hard to tell without just puttin it on the dyno and gettin an accurate measurment...

That's what i figured, but I didn't really know how close to stock my car was as of now. Anyone know how much hp the hypertech chip adds?

i have gt40heads, bbk shorties, bassani x-pipe,and 93 cobra upper and lower and i was dynoed at 211/282tq.

i don't think those heads start working till you have something to work with....maybe im wrong but.....
