wiring harness swap?

im doin the whole 4 banger to v8 conversion and ill be droppin the motor in in about a week pending what i do about heads (as asked in a previous thread) i fancy myself pretty good with wiring but i just wanted to know what i should expect to change/splice/cut when i go to drop this puppy in.

get a harness out of an 89 or newer 5.0 with all the mass air stuff and computer

The fuel injection harness all depends on the year of the car.I have a 91 LX
that I did the 4 to 8 swap to.My donor was a 90 GT.The harness will NOT work on a 91 and up Mustang.I found out after and had to change the whole dash harness.

oh geeze. both the 4 banger and the v8 cars are 89's am i gonna have to change the dash harness too??
