Stock timing chain question?

Well i took the stock heads off and removed the cam this weekend and i noticed that the timing chain was a double roller that was on there. Now was that factory on 5.0's ? The cylinders looked really good too no ridge and i can still see the cross hatch hone pattern in there. Just wondering if someone rebuilt the motor before i bought the car or if it was just really well cared for.
