97 Cougar 5.0 non HO motor

(pretty sure its a 97)

I scored one for $50 with AOD and my drop it in my 93 2.3
Is this moror any good considering its non -HO designation?

Differences?

Any help is appreciated

My buddy threw the date out on the car but I for got it-Must've been 87.

Its a 5.0 with AOD and has all the EFI stuff on it.
I just know its a non HO mill
