Shift light!!!
Where are you guys hooking up the 12volt line to the car?The easiest place to hook it up to.Thanks

just take a voltmeter and go under the dash and find any hot wire that comes on when you turn the key or on back of your stereo is the easy way it should be either yellow or red just check with voltmeter or test light...I am assuming you are just talking about a hot wire to feed it

yeah and use one thats only hot when the key is on or you will drain your battery

No toggle *pouts*
True story in voc ed class in high school there was this little mazda thrown together ricer and the guy had a volt gauge in front of the shifter and we turned the car on and were like ok the gauge doesnt work. Well there was two unknown switches next to it and we hit one on the volt gauge came on and hit the other the light for the gauge came on the guy had the gauge hooked to a toggle and the light for the gauge hooked to a different one. I have never laughed so hard at a ricer in my life
