Zip its funny they are asking why we store our stangs

You will NOT get out of my driveway when there is two feet of snow impossible you wont move. And have you heard of road salt yeah that rusts the shit out of everything. So thats why me and Zip store our stangs. I guess you guys have never experienced a Canadian or Northern Michigan winter

I got a 95 F-150 5.0 4X4 for the winter.

I would never let my stang touch a flake of snow. Since the day it rolled out of Detroit it has been stored for winter and never touched snow. Thats why there is no rust repair and there is not a speck of rust on it. And I intend on keeping it that way

Anything with rear wheel drive here you will slide and you will go in the ditch. And that sucks LOL. Its preatty embarising watching people look at you as they drive by and your in the ditch. I have only gone in the ditch once though, not bad considering other people around here are in there weekly

well, glad to see you made it out . But, people around here don't even need ice to go in the ditch they can't drive for sh*t. watched a couple of vids with stangs losing it. Don't know if anyone saw it but, there was one in particular where a mustang goes through the intersection and starts turning then nails it and loses it. his car slides over the median and smacks the living hell out of two cars sitting their waiting to make a left going in the opposite direction. Wasn't funny at all though. I would have been pissed if I was sitting their and someone nailed me like that (they couldn't avoid it, sitting ducks)

Yeah 9c3, up here in Canada where I live, I'm surrounded by water, so no matter which way the wind blows, if there's precipitation, we get snow.

So I park it for teh winter. I learned the first time I took it out (I take it out every 2 weeks to run it and put a couple gallons of fresh 93 in it) That it sucks large in the snow. My gas station is just around the corner from me, so I just crawl it around the corner and back. The first time I did that I punched it a bit just to see how the traction control works in the snow. It works, but too late. By the time it kicks in, it's all over. lol

I drive through three different friggin snow belts to get to work and back lol.

When I leave work I'm driving up the shores of Lake Huron, then when I get about 1/3 of the way through the drive, I'm fighting of a stream that comes north off of Lake Erie, and then when I get close to home (about 50 miles) I start fighting off Georgian Bay & my lakes. lol

Central Texas. Snows where I'm at like 1/2" every 5 years and the roads get icey like once every winter. Rarely have to park the stang during the winter.
