need some help getting head....s

so im building up a 351 next winter... possibly a stroker. my dilema, i want a set of heads for my threeohtwo now. what size intake/exhaust runner, and combustion chamber should i be looking for that will be of optimum perfromance for the 351 but will function just as lovely on the 302???? also i think im going with the trick flow's unless i hear otherwise about the World Products cast iron heads...(i love the look of stock!!!!)

What are your mods besides a stroker?
