Front Passender Side Squeak

The front end of my 88 Vert squeaks, it started off really quiet, I got all new shocks and struts put them on, and it's still there I dont know wat it is. It usually squeaks when I turn left or if i hit a bump or anything... Thanks

Hoist the car in the air the front end off the ground. Grab ahold of the tire on the top and bottom and try and move the wheel in and out with some force. It shouldnt move but a 1/4" or so there souldnt be play. If there is exsessive play there bad. If they are greaseable type try and put some new grease in them.

Now I have another squeak coming from the the left side somewhere, its a squeak when I drive it sounds like the front brakes, so I cleaned them with brake cleaner and then sprayed brake disc quiet on them, and they were find for a while now they squeak again... Could it be the the drums, I dont apply the brakes and it still squeaks, when I apply them it goes away Thanks

yes it will squeal more with out them on and go away when you hit them they are actually called squealers they are metal tabs attached to your pads that when your pads wear down too far they make noise to let you know to replace the pads before you wear out the drums or rotors and mess them up...keep going and you are going to be metal to metal and tear shit up
