dropping rpms
my '90 GT drops the rpms when idling occ, not all the time, and occ. will die because it idles so low. Usually only happens when the AC is on, if you turn it off, usually stops. Any thoughts on what would be causing this?

Could bump it up, check tps sensor, iac, etc.

I would set it a 800 then set the tps to .99 volts..get a can of seafoam... I would clean the T/B and egr as well as the maf if using a K/N filter..

well, it doesn't idle low, it just drops the rpms/volts then it bounces back up, and it does this over and over usually until I turn the a/c off. it doesn't cont. idle low. sometimes it bounces so low that it dies. could it be electical or some sensor?

Look for the idle setting procedure on here and try it.
