BBK un equal shorties work. you just need sleeves for plug boots, and changing plugs requires patience.

Stock headers work. MAC makes GT40P specific headers, BBK full length headers fit, Hedman full length headers fit, BBK equal length shorties fit and I'm sure there are others out there that fit too.

Get the GT40p heads...I have ported Gt40, ported explorer intake, and B303 cam...Big difference from stock...But i have not had it dynoed...Porting the E7s really wont pick up alot, even though there are rare cases of PROFESSIONALS doing great work with them, they are still E7 heads and can only flow so much.

Nobody will be able to tell you what it will dyno dude...You used the word "highly"...who knows what constitutes "highly"? But i guarentee you will see a nice pickup in HP/TQ and 1/4 mile times.

the highest "claimed" flow numbers I've seen for ported p heads is mid 200 cfm range If they are indeed ported well an estimate of 220 cfm would be what I say. 220 cfm with supporting mods is enough to break into the low to mid 300 RWHP area.

No. Also, $300 is dirt cheap for headers and yes your BBK full length headers should work.
