351 Swap Kit?
I want to convert y 93 LX to a 351. I've been told there is a kit I can buy that comes with everything I need to do the swap. Does anyone know anything about this kit and were I can order one from? Any help would really help.

I haven't heard of the complete kit. However you can buy the 351w swap oil pan and pickup tube through Summit for about $ 135. You will also need a set of swap headers, B.B.K. makes either long or short tubes. If you're running a 5 speed be sure to purchase an aftermarket 28oz. flywheel and a good balancer. If your gonna run fuel inj. you'll need to find an intake manifold due to the taller deck height of the Windsor. You may try nmra.com, ebay or craigslist for parts , it's always nice to save a buck or two! If i can remember anything else i'll post it. Good luck!

In my opinon I would stay with the
302.You can buy lots of upgrades for just a 302 that will put out just as much hp |
