Stalling When Put Into Gear?

Hey guys my names Randy, im new to the site. I have a 92 hatch that ive been building. its a brand new 351W crate/c4 auto/3.73's. the car has a performer intake 650 dbl pumper holley with a mech choke, BBK headers, 2 1/2 inch flowmaster cat back and off road h-pipe. The distributer is a billet GM hei style. i have all the vaccum's hooked up and nothings unplugged. The car idles fine but when i go to put it in gear it stalls? It seems to me its vaccum. I have to keep my foot on the gas quite a bit to keep it from stalling. I havent drove the car yet im actually in the middle of doin body work. Any ideas guys? everything brand new on it. Im thinking maybe its this distributer?

Honestly, i cheaped out quite a bit there. Its a Mr. gasket inline pump. Nothing fancy, but its made for carb's. Do you think that could be hurting me? I got it from a buddy brand new which is why i used it.

I would say adjust your carb , I found this from another mustang site

its for a carbed 289 same principle tho

" If the car starts up, idles fine in park, and then dies when you put it in gear, it is usually the carb not being adjusted properly. The way to test this is to increase the idle to the point where the car does not die when you put the car in gear. Once this is complete, if the car now pulls against the breaks, back the idle down and adjust all the other knobs, If it doesn't pull against the breaks, and the idle RPM is acceptable, drive it."

I would have to say its the carb, however you REALLY dont need a double pumper 650 on ur combo.

Forgot to mention i also installed a lunati cam and lifters. Its 492 lift i believe. I can get the specs of my sheet if needed. Carb huh? ill have to check that out.. it runs perfectly fine idling and even driving along..its when you got to stop with it in gear thats the problem.
