you could add a cage to it that should help a lot with the flexing

The bracing was two weak azz "V" braces with the bottom of the two Vs on the K memeber. The opposite "open" ends mounted on the bottom of the radiator brace and back to the area on the frame just below the front edge of the doors. They were hollow, long , smashed flat on the ends to bolt them up and weak. They are sitting along the wall in my garage. The other bracing had to be removed to put the subframes on and consisted of two small plates that connected the frame to the exterior kick panel area - also not substantial.

My car has Kenny Brown subframes, K-memeber brace and strut tower brace - that stuff is substantial bracing! Don't worry about the factory stuff - it's not worth it.

I agree with tmoss. Factory bracing is not worth replacing. You can benefit way more chassis stiffening by adding aftermarket parts. I purposly took off some factory bracing to get my subframes a little more flush on the bottom (made my own). I run a maximum motorsports strut tower brace (awesome! better than frpp brace), granatelli upper and lower tube style control arms. I had bbk boxed style but they did not fit eiback sway bar kit. I also have a maximum motorsports k-member brace. when I do the interior in the spring, a 6-pt cage is going in. With that alone, forget about factory peices. It will probably be more of a hinderance that will prevent you from future modifications

my vert flexes like it was made out of paper. just by adding the strut tower brace i noticed a big diffrence. adding sub frames in the spring. my buddy is going to make a rear strut tower brace 4 me. i have no idea if it will work though.
