Motor Mods

What's the best Turbo Charger to purchase and what kind of HP increase can i expect to see?
I have a 1989 Mustang LX,with 24,000 original miles...The car has been garage kept, well maintained and is in excellent running condition...I have added some aftermarket parts(Chassis and motor) and i am looking for some more performance...
Here's my list of bolt-on items...
Motor....
Under-drive pulleys,K&N air filter(air box removed),70 MM throttle body,73MM Mass Air Flow Sensor,Cobra Intake Manifold,Cobra Roller rocker arms,Performance Distributor Ford distributor,MSD ignition box,MSD plug wires, ceramic coated shorty headers,Aluminum racing radiator,180* thermostat, new racing computer(Installed, programmed and dyno- run),H-pipe,converters removed,Flow Master exhaust and i run synthetic oils everywhere...
Chassis....
Steeda lowering springs,new struts,new bushings,sub-frame connectors,tower brace,12" front rotors,73MM clipers,rear disc-brake conversion,new 1 1/16" MC,steel braided lines,proportioning valve,off-set control arm bushings,Steeda X-5 ball joints,bump steer kit,aluminum off-set rack bushings,aluminum drive shaft,3:55 gears,Cobra R rims and Nitto extreme tires..
Without changing cylinder heads,or swapping camshafts, what's my best choice for more power?

asking what is the best turbo is like asking what is the best motor or what is the best color, it all depends what your preference is, how fast you want to go, and how much $$$$ you have
