1991 Mustang GT Normal Idle 1500rpm?

My Fox is completely stock but after reaching normal op. temp. it stays at 1500rpm. I'm going to set idle according to the thread in the Tech Directory but I was wondering what other fellow pony owners had to say.

1,500 rpms is way too high. I'd be shooting for 800 to 1,000 at idle.

I've got cams and my car doesnt even idle that high...Im looking at 1100-1200 rpms at startup and no higher than 1000 after warmup....1500 is rediculous...
