cant figure it out
can anyone tell me why or what they think is the cause of my headlights, taillights, and dashlights flickering at idle and it gets more rapid and noticeable while driving, new battery, voltage reg, alt tested good a couple weeks back, i cant figure it out, please help??

Put a volt meter on the car and drive it and see what the voltage dfoes when it flickers.
