a buddy of mine has BBK long tubes, non-catted X pipe, and Mac Pro Dumps, by far the best sounding 5.0 car Ive ever heard.

IMO all these sound clips dont amount to shit. pipe diameter, cubic inches, camshafts, turn downs, tailpipes, midpipes, headers, heads, intake. all theses are variables that play a huge part in the sound of the exhaust. A Personal example of my own. When i bought my first mustang gt 5.0 bone stock with OR h pipe, 1 chamber flowmaster and tailpipes it sounded like a chevy truck with glass packs on it. traded them to a guy with an x pipe, headers, 408 stroker, and tail pipes, and it sounded like a totally differant muffler. Sorry to be the asshole in this thread.

i just dont want ppl to get the impression their car will sound like someone elses just because they have the same muffler, or even the same exact exhaust from header to tail.
