A few questions. First my car has about 115,000 miles and I am wondering if i should mod more or get a newer one. It is a daily driver and I plan on getting a corvette when I am finished with school.

First looking at those neat looking head lights pros cons?

Second a black racing stripe. How do they put these on? Can I wax over top? How much $$$?

Now I believe i have 17 inch rims on my car. I have a new front passenger side cobra R but the passenger rear needs to be replaced. I was thinking either buy another new drivers front and put the current drivers front on and replace the passengers rear with it or buy 2 larger wheels for the back. I think PA law is it cant exceed the fender. What are the pros and cons of this?

Also looking at window tint. Not sure what my local laws are but if I tint the back can I no longer use the rear defroster? How much is a light tint on average? Thanks

As for your first questions, only you can decide on what you want to do with your car/money/time.

I can however help with the rest.

Torque = A force of strength measured in foot pounds. Some call it "twist". It is the amount of twist a motor exerts upon itself and the drivetrain....suspension and wheels. Bigger motors have more torque or "twist" than smaller (think Honda) motors.

Horsepower = This is obvious... before motorized vehicles, there were horse drawn buggies. If a buggy was drawn by two horses, it had 2 horsepower. Moving forward into the industrial era, internal combustion engines made the horse-drawn buggies obsolete..(modern cars). If a car is said to have 400 horsepower, imagine a buggy being pulled by 400 actual horses.

Big Block and Small Block = terms which describe the cubic inch displacement of a particular motor. The small block designations are usually 289 to 400 cubic inches. The Big Blocks can be anywhere from 400 to 572 cubic inches in displacement (just an example).

to make it a lil more simple horse power would be more effective in the high rpm (revolutions per minute or the other thing on the dash beside the speed)

Torque is more in the lower range.

as for the tint. im from va which has really bad laws for that type of shit. say you have 2% limo that lets in 2% light.....in va you can have 35% in the back and 50% on the front two windows. id say you can go 35% all the way around

racing stripe - the best way would be paint and you could wax over it. also im sure they have some kinda vinal stripe which i wouldn't know about. id say for a nice job 250 to 500 dollars.

As far as the rims go i would replace the bad one and get the 17 inch cobra R's

Does any one have pics of 1 94-98 mustang with a stripe? Thinking I will get it painted on just not sure as to the design. Dont want it to look ghetto tho.
