you might want to check the control arm bushings, what you do is you pull on them, they shouldnt give more than 1/4 inch play

does it sound like a random popping like somethings lose in the front suspension ? do you notice it more on smooth roads? do you feel it through the floor or gas pedal with your foot ?

Besides the obvious loose rattling crap in the engine compartment, check your control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, and balljoints.

You can check the balljoints by jacking the front up, grabbing each tire at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock and push/pull. If you have slack there (make sure it isn't the control arm bushings) your balljoints are worn. There is only 1 balljoint per front wheel, on the control arm. Sometimes bad balljoints will pop when you back up and or turn at low speeds.

Thanks guys. I think it is the Sway Bar Bushings. I checked them out and they were all cracked and had gaps around the bar. im sure this is the culprit...
