it wont run like shit with the timing set fine and no leaks or anything...but will run alot better with tune

Depending on how radical your cam is you may run into the normal
. Such as low rpm bucking, the occassional red light stall, high idle, overheating. The T4MO is alittle less forgiving than the fox A9L. You will inevitably have a few bugs to work out, there always is. For the most part she should run ok.
