Car Stalls

I have an 88 Mustang Gt Vert, It's an AOD. And I was driving to school and when I was hitting bumps on the way to the car that car would like jump out of gear even if I was pressing the gas the car's rpm would go down under a 1,000 after hitting bumps. Then I get to school and turn and the car just stalls, I drive again to park and it kept stalling everytime I would put it in reverse or would try and turn the wheel. Could it be the alternator or anything else? Help needed

loose conection maybe

could be a loose connection somewhere or might just need the idle set up a little bit? maybe dodge the bumps.

a easy way to check for the alternator is to start your car then un hook your battery....if the car still runs then your alternator should be fine. could be alot of things doing this to your car......could be something in the mass air shorting out....it really could be alot of shit

I tested the alternator and its fine, the voltage is actually alot higher when the battery is disconnected, and the idle is fine. Mass air is out of the question, its speed density. This has been going on since it started to vibrate, so I gave it a complete tune up. And it still vibrates at idle and runs perfect at normal speed, when it gets to idle the voltage goes down alot..

no not at all, runs good only at idle does the voltage go down, and the car stalls at times when turning the wheel, also the bumps are big issue it only happens sometimes not always...

no no UDP, but when I unhook the battery, the voltage level goes up at idle... instead of going down or dieing
