Discussing OK So I Have A 93 Cobra With 67k Original Miles in the 5.0 Mustangs Forum. i am thinking about going with the trickflow trackheat stage 2 anyone know any problems ...

OK So I Have A 93 Cobra With 67k Original Miles


i am thinking about going with the trickflow trackheat stage 2 anyone know any problems with this

ok i have heard that i can take the gt-40 heads and get them ported and polished and they will flow the exact same for about 500bucks cheaper true or false

Track Heat Stage 2??? Are you talking about the heads? Or the TFS Stage 2 cam? Im confused.

the tfs stage 2 cam the summit mag i have thats just what it is called but i want the heads and upper and lower intake and the whole nine yards

yeah theres a HUGE problem with that if its a real 93 cobra...maybe its just me but why touch a 93 cobra...if you wanna mod a 5.0 just get a gt or lx why destroy a cobra? thats just me tho sry

well the car is not an actuall 93 cobra someone wrecked one and started rebuilding this 88 gt into a 93 cobra i mean the motor interior suspension rearend has the all wheel disk breaks everything but the only problem was they wher not that smart when i got the car it was running off a map sensor constantley fuel washing the motor all vacuum lines wher cut and the car would not do a 16 in a 1/4 mile it was one hell of a beater but now it good i have fixed all vacuum leaks converted from map to mass and has a new computer everything now just thinkin the trickflow and a new paint job

I'm actually about to purchase pretty much the same stuff you are as far as the trick flow stuff is concerned.

HUGE difference? No. A very noticable difference.. absolutely. And im really really confused. Why is this thread labeled "OK So I Have A 93 Cobra With 67k Original Miles"... if you dont own an original cobra?

+1 but makes me feel a little better that its not a 93 cobra car...do as you please lol...only reaosn i was sooo concerned is b/c there is a guy in Taunton, MA (Leonard's Performance) that got his hands on two Cheap and MINT 93 cobras...only black/grey leather and one teal/grey leather and in the black with put ina supercharged 351 that ran 8's and in the teal one an 03 cobra drivetrain that ran 11s...yeh sick cars...IF THEY WERENT 93 COBRAS!!!! i just hate to see such nice cars hacked and wasted

ya i agree, maybe just little things like ignition and gears or something

theres a blue one by my house for sale, he wants 3k for it, its perfect, and completely un touched, still has the stock radio

im a little short on cash......
