Any intake manifold writeups?

Hello I need to find a writup on how to change an intake manifold on a 5.0 mustang. My father bought a 5.0 with a rebuilt engine and it needs new intake manifold gaskets because its leaking. I want to change them for him but i have no basis to go on. I looked in the stickies btw so any help will be appreciated. I have snap on tools and some good help all i need is some info. Also if i were to get a good manifold what would be the cheapest and where would i get one? (trick flow, Cobra, Pro products,ect...)
