1995 5.0 Running Lean
I have a 1995 GT 5.0 that is running rough. The codes keep telling me that each bank is too lean or that the O2 sensor is not switching. I put in new O2 sensors and even a MIL eliminator and still no help. What else could it be? It also starts to knock and ping after it gets good and warmed up so it is definately running lean.

the o2 eliminators are for 96 and up, to be placed on the rear 02 sensors ONLY!!!! It is impairative that the front 2 be functional!!!!!!! this is what tells the computer to rich ' en the fuel mixture and the pulse width...If there is no switching and you know they are good o2 sensors, check the ground and check for voltage.
