Need Suggestions

i want to upgrade my stock 302 its goin to be carburated so the mods have to be according to that. im saving up soon for some decent heads but for now i want to upgrade other things. open to any suggestions. i also want to upgrade my cam. so also would appreciate where i can find the upgrades. one more question whats a decent intake manifold and carburator thanks guys

im going carb because im turning the car into a hotrod and i like the performance of a carburated engine better

Why isn't a Hot Rod? I would call mine a Hot Rod. It's loud, fast, and impractical. There is no AC, heat, music, it's a bumpy ass ride, it turns heads, makes kids smile, scares old people and I love every second in it!

What mods have to be as u put it "according to that" for a carb? Please explain?

Dude I get that but when someone puts a post thats so vague how and he hell r we supposed to know what the fuck he means? if people exlain themselves better from the beginning instead of saying I am "tuning it to be a hotrod" then we will be able to help..
