t5 idle


so i did the t5 swap on my car (90lx) and sometimes when i do a 3 point turn or sumthing wen i put the clutch in the rpms jump a lil bit could that be from keepin the automatic computer?

how much is a little bit? its not from the ECM. did you use the correct harness plus the t5 gear switch? have you pulled codes yet?

maby like 1100 1200 rpm,it usually goes down before it revs up ,i plugged in one connector to the tranny i think it was the back up lights

hmmmm. how about the VSS at the end of your speedo cable?

you should Check for Codes. that'd give us an idea of what is not connected.
