H.I.D's Fox headlights


Has n e 1 here installed HID's on their ol skool fox/notch...??? If so, where can I get a kit for 6-9k in power/lighting?

I have. Ebay is the spot. I've bought 2 hits for my fox, and one for me wifes 06, one of the kits had bad ballasts. they should be under $100 with shipping.

kinda chancing with the buy from Ebay with a bad ballast...

Yea, took a chance, and one of the balasts was bad, but all of my kits put together were still cheaper than any 1 of the competitors kits.

they are really bright. I have the 1 pc. headlights, and you cant aim them really well, so I get flashed all the time. I would say keep stock style diffuser headlights instead of a projector or reflector.

I would suggest getting the dual beam kit... that way you have highs/lows ...

but its your call

I 2nd that motion. dual beams arnt brighter, they just have a servo that either covers part of the bulb, or angles the bulb downward.
