Is the bottom end on a 93 weaker than a 92?
i know the pistons arent forged on the 93+ 5.0s, but is it much of a difference when it comes to strength?

Everything besides the pistons is the same.
The pistons themselves are not too different in terms of strength, but forged pistons are more capable of dealing with short periods of detonation without breaking or blowing through. However, both pistons are plenty capable if you stay on top of your tune.

well on another topic you're right...the block will break far before the rotating assembly..
