4.10's ?


have any of you pushrod guys put a set of 4.10's in a 86' gt with only a exhaust for its mods? I believe there is not enough rpm to finish the 1/4. let me know if im wrong.

i don't have an answer to that, but i have a 90lx 5.0 that is bone stock, and i was wondering the same thing.

4.10s will be fine.

NO WAY! with a stock cam and intake it will hurt your et. 3.73 is the best way to go. I had a 4.10 is a pretty stock car and ance you get into the mid 13s you gotta lay off it or shift into 5th.

I guess you have never actually ran 4.10s in a stock Mustang then because that statement is incorrect....
