Headder Problemo!
well as you all know i installed two bbk shorty headers and i ran it down the street with just the headers on no mid pipes and it had NO power and was back firing it was just bad. i was wondering what would be causing this ?????? please help

DO NOT DO THAT AGAIN!!!! that is not a good thing to do bro.... it is doin that specifically cuz u have no pipes on it and ur engine has no back pressure, or very little, it is not good for your motor.... have u ran it with the rest of the exhuast on it yet??

No exhaust will kill alot of low end power but won't hurt anything. Not having the oxygen sensors hooked up will probably kill more power.

alright i ordered some bbk x pipes with no cats .....
but when i put my headers on on my passenger side i had to take off what i think are my smog lines that run back to the mid pipes does that have an ill effect on my car ???
