Help! Charging probs??

I have tried searching, but I have found no solution yet.

My car was drained one day, so i thought the battery. I replaced the battery, and it ran fine for about three weeks. Then it started again. It will barely run and all of the electronics is dead. I guess that I ran off of the battery until it died.

I upgraded to the 130 amp alternator. I got it off of ebay froma 94 mustang. I thought that I had solved my problem, but the car started doing it again. Could my alternator be bad? The regulator? Something else?

Anything helps.

have you done anything to your car since th eproblem happened

have any mods done to the car? for example UDP's if so they could be why you are draining down...if not did you have the new/used alt tested before putting it on the car?..if you answer no to both of these I would drive your car to autozone and they will check your alt, battery, and volt regulator for free...good luck

Do you have any stero stuff installed. If you have that installed wrong if could drain the battery
