without being there it is difficult to say, but it looks like

KOEO: 182 ... ... 172 176
KOER: 117 (the 4 flashes at the beginning just indicate that it is an 8 cylinder engine)

i would give it another try. after a little practice it gets much easier. the key is to remember:
there will be a very quick series of flashes at the beginning that you should ignore,
then a few codes will be output,
then a long solid "seperator" flash,
then a few more codes.

once the KOER test is started there will be 4 flashes indicating the number of cylinders the engine has, then the codes will be output.

from what i can tell you have a few codes related to both of your o2 sensors. also you have one for the ECT sensor. next time make sure you warm the engine up very well before the test. it is actually a good sign that you only had the ECT code for the running test. what symptoms are you having, or are you just checking things out?

no scanner, just a jumper wire. i actually prefer this method because it allows you to work around problems with the SigRTN ...and its free

check codes again and post up what you get. its sounding like an o2 sensor issue but at $40 apiece i'm not about to guess at it. if you can, record a video of the codes flashing and post the video up.
