dropping fuel cell, few questions

Dropping my fuel cell tomorrow to fix the leak its had for a long time, I'm wondering what all i should replace while im in there. This summer I'm rebuilding it also "it'll be my first rebuild I've done". Thinking in the range of 300-350hp.
Anyway I figure I'll fix whats leaking, replace fuel filter. Then what else should i do, if anything?

Just to hit it all in one post, also I'll be draining my manual trans and replacing the rear seal at the same time as the fuel cell. Does the rear seal pop out easy if the driveshaft is dropped out?

Thanks

this might be a little late, but get either a 190 or 255 lb pump from summit racing, ( summit racing.com ) they are around 120 - 130 bucks and will be plenty good for any future mods, i think most auto parts stores only carry stock 88 or " cobra " pumps at 110 lb , btw both 4 cyl and 5.0s had the same 88 lb pump. i'd recommed a bbk, i've used these before and had no probs, don't get the summit one, they're ususally cheap

Might as well do the fuel filter too while you're in the area.

Like mentioned above, might as well go ahead and put a 255lph fuel pump in. They're not much more expensive.

yeah so all i could find locally is stock pumps so i guess i lose and have to take it apart again sometime when i upgrade. is nice to have a non-leaking fuel cell finally, and a non-leaky transmission
