x pipe... cats, no cats, etc

Hey everyone... I am looking to get the last piece of my exhaust bought so that I can get it installed, and am running into some trouble trying to find something that I think I might like. My car is pretty much stock, save for gears, so any input you guys might have would certainly help, im sure.

Here is what I have so far:
Magnaflow catback 15630
Bassani Equal Length Ceramic Coated Headers

The last piece of the puzzle is the X pipe... I want a bassani, but have recently heard that the O/R ones will actually cause a loss in Torque, which my car needs as much as any of them - Is this true? Would it be better for me to get one with cats? I've also found one for a 94-95 car - will it fit mine?

Ive also considered the UPR piece, but am somewhat skeptical of them, with worries about build/fit quality. If anyone has one, please let me know what you think of it!

I've looked at the BBK, but it really looks too much like an H... Im afraid that it will sound like it too. No offense to anyone, just my thoughts.

Lastly, Im looking for a used piece, because price is a concern. Any advice you guys can give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
-Michael

P.S.: I do not live in an emissions-regulated state, so the decision on cats is based purely on performance/sound, if that makes sense.

I would assume no cats = small loss of low end torque and a gain in higher rpms.

do the bassani headers use a ball/socket or 3 bolt flange?

I run the BBK x and don't really think it sounds like an H, however I can say I wasn't super impressed with the fitment/build quality. I like to think of BBK as the top end of the crappy brands

do no cats...bbk's x-pipes are just under $200, but i paid $259 plus free shipping for my bassani x-pipe and it sounds sweet with my super 44s...

I got a pypes offroad x-pipe and was really impressed with it for the price. Everything fit really well, and after working with BBK in the past i refused to go that route.
