The place i'am looking at to get a storker kit from offers 4 type of pistons and i heard that after a 347 ages it eats oil

What heads are you using? If a 58 -64 cc stock style head, I would get either the flat tops or the 5 cc dish. you should ask if the dish is a reverse dome or just a concave dish. If it isn't a reverse dome, I definitely wouldn't use it, detonation city with very little quench area.

If you are planning a naturally aspirated motor, go with the flat tops.

347 eats oil............hahahahahahahahahaha LMFAO!!!!!!!!

I better go out in the garage and tell that to my 85,000 mile 347. Obviously it doesn't know its suposed to burn oil...

you must not keep up on the posts in here .... the 347 oil thing is an URBAN LEGEND....the only thing a 347 eats is 331's ....lol....contact woody1 or go to FordStrokers.com 331-347-393-408-418-427 stroker kits and ford parts. and have him do your stroker he is a great guy and great to do business with he will put you together will everything you need to build any motor for your budget/wants....
