Supercharer Requirements?


hi..

i was going to go for either a 331 or a 347,but,,i've decided to go with a vortech s-trim instead and keep my 302.I have a 75mm mas with 24# injectors.would that be enough supprt for 8-10 #'s of boost?

What else is done to the engine? For comparison purposes a friend of mine runs 42lb injectors with 10lbs of boost on his 302. He is making about 600 at the wheels.

Hi,, ordered my s-trim today,,,,

the car has gt40p heads,b303 cam,cobra upper and lower,
long tubes,msd6al,walpro 255,,75 mas,75mm tb.

30# injectors, 190 LPH Walbro, 70 mm TB are very good for 6-8 lbs

for 10 lbs you need to upgrade your injectors to 42# with that 255, get a Pro-M calibrated.. MSD BTM is definitly required.. and keep the static compression low but not lower than 9:1

next is a anderson power pipe.So if all goes well.The Notch will
Be "force fed" very soon
