fuel pump relay
fuel pump relay kicks in then 2 to 3 sec later cuts back out, any ideas ?

if your just turning the key on and not starting, that is normal - it's just to get fuel pressure up for starting. The EEC starts the pump back up when it sees the ignition pulses from thje TFI.
