i learned the hard way about rear suspensions and sticky tires, on my first couple of stangs my car seemed fine but as soon as i put on a sticky tire i instantly had wheel hop issues, the first fix i tried was a set of southside lift bars ( don't laugh this was 10 years ago ) it fixed the problem but was brutal on the whole car, the next car was the same, perfect no issues until i put some dragradials so i swapped out the stock arms for aftermarket ones and 50/50s and my car hooked up great, felt a lot tighter and just all around felt better so they are one of my first mods to any stang i buy

What's wrong with south sides? I still have them on my car and they have been great for the past 10 years. Consistent 1.5 60 foots, no wheel hop, just need some torque box reinforcements.

i loved the way the southsides hooked up , but i was running a stick and slicks and the launches were brutal and i broke the welds on the southsides a few times, when i did that the car would pull violently to one side or the other when i would step on the gas
