Metric fittings! A trip to Autozone with the old ones in hand and you may get lucky, you will need to be able to make a double flare to custom make the lines. #2, your friendly local Ford Dealer can help. #3, the local salvage yard will be the cheapest option, take the proper wrenches with you.

The junk yard would certainly be the cheapest.
