Those with large rims-speedo question??


i just got a 90GT and it has 18" saleen rims and i noticed that the speedometer is off. ive seen how you can buy different speedometer gears if you have different gears out back, but what if it just rims thats throwing it off?

not much u can do if u have larget rims you should get smaller tires so they end up being the same circumfrence

On my durango i have 33's and i just ran next to my gf in her stock trailblazer mine is off by 5mph i just tankes that in to account

you can use a different speedo gear to correct it as well. But it will be hit or miss on how close you get to the actual speed.
