alternator


will the 130 amp alternator work with the wiring on my 90 fox...here is the link

it looks like that is a 3g and that wiring that comes with it is to adapt your 2g wiring to 3g.....that one is used though

no the original that came on your car has two plugs on it but with that one wire alt both of those plugs will not be used at all.....you just run that one wire to the battery

wouldnt that mean that the voltage gauge wont work...and whats wrong with the first one other than its used cant i just splice the wires and connect them?

yeah you could hook up the first one i guess....i dont have any experience with that kit......and yes the voltage guage works....i think it getts its reading from the battery or something
